The Touchless Wash Process

Step One
Targeted Pre-Wash
We begin with a focused pre-wash treatment that safely loosens brake dust and road grime from wheels and lower panels.

Step Two
Premium Snow Foam
Imported Italian snow foam blankets the vehicle, lifting dirt from the paint surface while remaining completely paint-safe.

Step Three
Purified Water Rinse
High-pressure rinsing with purified water removes foam and contaminants while preventing mineral spots.

Step Four
Protective Upgrade
Optional hydrophobic protection adds gloss, durability and water-repellent shielding for long-lasting paint protection.

Step Five
Finishing Touches
We hand dry, clean glass, wipe door shuts and apply tyre dressing for a crisp matte finish.

Step Six
Optional Extras
Interior cleaning, air-con sanitising, ultra-HD polish and complete detailing services are available on request.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

By entering these premises and/or purchasing any service from Auto Spa Canterbury you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you are unsure whether your vehicle can safely undergo high-pressure or contactless washing, DO NOT PROCEED.

1. Assumption of Risk

1.1 Our wash systems utilise high-pressure water, detergents, brushes, mechanical components and equipment to clean vehicles effectively.

1.2 All vehicles are cleaned entirely at the owner’s risk.

1.3 By proceeding with the wash, you confirm that:

• Your vehicle is roadworthy and in suitable condition for high-pressure washing.

• You accept the inherent risks associated with such cleaning processes.

 

2. Pre-Existing Damage & Vehicle Condition

2.1 Auto Spa is not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

• Peeling, flaking or poorly bonded lacquer (including alloy wheels)

• Stone chips, scratches, dents or corrosion

• Oxidised, cracked or faded paintwork

• Poor prior repairs or resprays

• Loose trims, mouldings, spoilers, badges or fittings

• Aftermarket body kits, wraps, decals or accessories

• Damaged mirrors, wipers, antennas or sensors

2.2 High-pressure water may expose or worsen pre-existing weaknesses in paint, lacquer, trims, seals, and fittings. This is not considered damage caused by Auto Spa.

 

3. Alloy Wheels & Lacquer

3.1 Auto Spa accepts no liability for lacquer peel, delamination, bubbling, corrosion exposure, or coating failure on alloy wheels.

3.2 If lacquer or paint is already compromised, high-pressure washing may remove unstable material. This is deemed pre-existing failure.

3.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring wheels are properly sealed and maintained before entering the wash.

 

4. Loose Parts & Modifications
 
4.1 We are not liable for damage to:
•Aftermarket parts
•Lowered or modified vehicles
•Non-standard wheel fitments
•Roof racks or external accessories
•Poorly secured components
 
4.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
•Windows and sunroofs are fully closed
•Fuel caps are secure
•Mirrors are correctly positioned
•Loose or detachable items are removed
 
 
5. Water Intrusion & Electrical Components
 
5.1 We are not responsible for:
•Water ingress through worn seals
•Electrical malfunctions
•Sensor or camera faults
•Alarm activation
•Pre-existing battery or wiring issues
 
Modern vehicles rely on sealed systems; any failure of those systems is not the responsibility of Auto Spa.
 
 
6. Valuables & Personal Property
 
6.1 Vehicles and contents are left on the premises entirely at the owner’s risk.
 
6.2 Auto Spa accepts no responsibility for:
•Loss, theft or damage to valuables
•Cash, electronics or personal belongings
•Loose interior or boot items
 
Customers must remove all valuables before service.
 
 
7. Limitation of Liability
 
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the wash service purchased.
 
7.2 We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.
 
7.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any matter that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
 
 
8. Claims Procedure
 
8.1 Any alleged damage must be reported immediately and before the vehicle leaves the premises.
 
8.2 Once a vehicle has exited the site, no claim will be accepted.
 
8.3 Auto Spa reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and review CCTV footage before determining liability.
 
 
9. Right to Refuse Service
 
We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle deemed unsafe, excessively damaged, or unsuitable for our washing systems.
 
 
10. CCTV & Monitoring
 
CCTV operates on these premises for security, safety and claim verification. All footage remains the property of Auto Spa Canterbury LTD.
 
 
11. Governing Law
 
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
 
 
FINAL NOTICE
 
IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT THAT YOUR VEHICLE CAN WITHSTAND HIGH-PRESSURE OR OUR WASHING PROCEDURES, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS FACILITY.
 
PROCEEDING WITH THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
